Development Merchandiser Location: Bac Giang_x000b_ Salary: Negotiable Job Description Coordinate with customers and internal teams to manage garment development projects. Follow up sample requests, arrange materials, and ensure samples are completed and submitted on schedule. Work closely with Technical, QA, Planning, and Production teams to monitor development progress. Conduct product risk assessments and support costing preparation. Track customer feedback and coordinate sample revisions when required. Monitor material readiness, production status, inspections, and shipment schedules. Maintain good communication with customers to ensure project requirements are met. Resolve issues during product development and production. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification. At least 2 years of experience in garment merchandising or product development. Good English communication skills (spoken and written). Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to work independently and under pressure.
