Garment Production Planner (Bac Giang) Salary: Negotiable Job Description We are looking for a Garment Production Planner to manage production planning, capacity allocation, and order progress for garment manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Develop annual and monthly production capacity plans with factories. Coordinate order allocation based on production capacity, delivery schedule, and factory capability. Monitor production loading and balance capacity to ensure efficient operations. Track work-in-progress (WIP), material readiness, and production status to ensure on-time delivery. Analyze production performance, identify potential risks, and propose corrective actions. Coordinate with Sales, Merchandising, Production, and Factory teams to resolve production issues. Prepare production reports and maintain accurate planning data. Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in garment production planning or a related field. Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes and production planning. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office applications. Good command of written and spoken English.
